FAQ

What time does the class start? The training center opens at 8:30 am for sign in. Class typically runs from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. There is a one-hour lunch break and several short breaks throughout the day. What do I wear? Most people wear “business casual” clothes. Suits and dresses are not usually worn. It is a good idea to bring a sweater or jacket you can take off as the climate may be chilly in the classrooms. If you are cold-natured, please be sure to bring a sweater or jacket! How do I get to the training center? See our map and driving directions on the training home page. Will I receive CPE credits for the classes Yes.  CPE credits are given for classes based on a (50) minute hour. Will I have a chance to ask questions and talk one-on-one with the instructor? Absolutely! Throughout the day the class takes several short breaks and the instructors are available to answer any questions you may have. The instructors are also available after class to meet individually with students and answer questions. Where do I go for lunch? We will provide lunch as well as snacks throughout the day.                                                      What should I bring? We suggest you bring a highlighter and a pen or pencil. All training materials will be provided.     What is the cancellation policy? If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, notice must be provided to Software Solutions of Arkansas five (5) working days prior to the class date to avoid loss of payment.  Cancellation notice given less than five (5) days will be charged 50% of the class fee.  Less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will not be entitled to a refund. Software Solutions of Arkansas retains the right to cancel any scheduled CPE credited event based on low attendance or any unforeseen scheduling problems.  At least one (1) week notice will be given. A full refund will be offered.  Fee Payment Pre-registration and prepayment are required to confirm your enrollment.  Checks are accepted as well as Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
